The role
Joining a collaborative HR Business Partnering team, you will manage a dual focus of BAU operations and strategic project delivery. Your primary objective is to support the rollout and "live" implementation of updated people policies. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring new initiatives are embedded while maintaining daily HR support.
1. Transformation & Change
Drive the "live" implementation of updated people policies across the group.
Lead major workplace changes, including restructures and team interventions.
Facilitate workshops and communication to educate staff on new initiatives.
2. Advisory & ER/IR
Provide expert advice on complex employee and industrial relations (ER/IR) matters.
Coach leaders to build independence and confidence in managing people issues.
Manage end-to-end HRM services including performance, reward, and recruitment.
3. Data & Process
Use people metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to influence business decisions.
Provide operational feedback to policy writers to ensure practical application.
Support job evaluation processes and maintain workforce establishment.
About you
HR Business Partnering experience with a deep understanding of ER/IR.
You are a "human-centric" practitioner who prioritises empathy and clear communication during periods of change.
You have a proven ability to navigate workplace transitions.
You can balance big-picture strategic goals with the day-to-day "BAU" HR needs of your stakeholders.
